Will was very responsive and clear in his explanations and communication. He answered my questions and did not try to oversell but was honest and open. His estimate was accurate and his work was quick.
Just updating my review. Stahlman is still our go-to for AC service. We had a maintenance check today and forgot to mention one issue. They came back later in the day, no questions asked, and got it sorted for us. We appreciate your responsiveness and understanding!
Fast, professional service from my initial call through the time of service. They stayed in constant text contact until help arrived, with no annoying upselling — just knowledgeable service and excellent advice. Thanks, Will.
We just love Will. I called him on a Sunday afternoon when our a/c unit was leaking inside. He was willing to come out right then, but we told him to wait until Monday. He was here in the morning and blew out the drain and all was well. We sent him to a friend’s hone then b/c she’s out of state and her home was overly warm. He discovered instantly a fried frog that had gotten in the unit and shorted out several things. He is smart and kind and a hard worker. We highly recommend him.
