A tech arrived within a few hours after talking to the office. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. This is the 2nd time All Star has worked on our (aging) pool heater and I highly recommend them.

Tyler sent me a text saying he was on the way, arrived exactly on time and completed the work in the time he had estimated. He is professional, courteous, neat, and very knowledgeable. Just really impressive young man.
