Our A/C wasn’t working in our condo unit when I arrived down in Naples, FL and this company was recommended by a family member. They were able to come same day and Samuel was our technician. He was amazing!! Diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. It was condensation in our float valve and he flushed it and got the A/C working again quickly. Then, I had just purchased a smart thermostat and asked if he was able to install that. Set price from the company but Samuel was able to install that and troubleshoot a few issues to get it up and working within about 30 minutes. Excellent service, would highly recommend Samuel and this company!!
Absolutely fantastic family run business that's been in town FOREVER. Decided to give them a try as I personally know Mr Brett the original owner and wanted to support his family. My ten yr old unit had a leak and asked them to come out for a diagnosis, they promptly had me on the books the next day and recharged the unit, as a temporary solution. Since it was a decade old system opted to have the entire system replaced rather than have the leak permanently repaired for no small sum. Within 4 days they had someone at my home to discuss replacement costs, and less than 7d later, had a brand new system installed.
