My condo property manager told me to call my AC company because I heard a loud noise from my ceiling above my bathroom exhaust fan.Samuel, the technician, arrived the same day, quickly determined it was not related to my AC. He could have ended his service call then but instead wanted to help determine the cause of the noise.He went up into the attic and provided me with pictures as well as an invoice stating that it was probably a malfunctioning exhaust fan. His extra efforts were so appreciated.Samuel was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and provided customer service above and beyond what was necessary . Had a problem with our compressor and Caleb was our hero! He made a service call and diagnosed the problem immediately. He found out it was under warranty and took care of everything except the labor and freon gas. We were up and running in no timeAsk for Caleb!! Highly recommend Brett AC.

Anthony did a phenomenal job with the annual inspection and cleaning of my AC unit. He walked me through step-by-step what he was doing showed me pictures and we got the opportunity to talk a little bit about football.
