Quoting a new HVAC/water heater. Technician toughtfully answered all my questions, gave me pros and cons of different approaches. Never felt condescending or pushy like other HVAC company salesmen. Ultimately didn't push me hard in a direction, just gave me everything I need too make a decision based on my specific wants for the system.
How water heater failed on Saturday. My mid-day the next Monday, we not only had a brand new hot water heater, but a TANKLESS one! And it came with a $400 rebate from the gas company. Couldn’t be happier with the communication, timeliness and top-notch install from this team!
