“I had an ongoing sewage backup in my outside basement stairwell since last December 2021. I had gotten three estimates; Mr Nelson's was very reasonable. My plumbing problem was that the sewage pipe is galvanized and had deteriorated. It was the original pipe of my 1949 row home, and the main problem with the pipe extended into the recreation room of the basement. They were going to have to dig. My anxiety went through the roof; however, Mr Nelson diffused my fears and worked with me. He and his team explained the entire procedure, broke it down where I clearly understood, and also provided me a status with pictures. This company is very meticulous about their work, and they clean up and haul away excess debris and mud. I am very happy, and the sewage pipe and drain now work perfectly. Nelson will definitely be my plumbing first choice, and I highly recommend them.“

“When my heat stopped working as the days turned cold, technicians from two other (highly-rated) companies evaluated my HVAC system and were unable to diagnose the problem. The Magnolia technician identified the problem right away and we discussed the pros and cons of replacing only one part or the entire unit, which was already getting old and would very soon need to be replaced anyway. I decided to replace the entire HVAC unit, and the technician was back the next day to take care of it. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician and the efficiency of service I received.“

“We can't say enough good things about DJ at DMV plumbing. Our sump pump went out during a huge storm. It was Sunday evening and all stores selling pumps were closed. We called at least 10 companies none had pumps and many were very unsympathetic. DMV did not have a pump available either but DJ offered to call around and try to find one. When he could not find a pump, he offered to come over after midnight with a temporary solution to keep our basement from flooding. He even offered to come back or face time with us during the night if the temporary solution started to fail. He returned the next day and installed a new one. He listened to our needs, was sympathetic, reassuring, polite, and a great communicator. We will definitely be calling DMV plumbing for any future plumbing needs.“
