It was an emergency, but I was not trying to get emergency service and hoped to get service during normal hours but before the next dinner service. They responded the next morning and had a technician out by noon. The issue was resolved a couple hours before dinner service. Excellent response time for a first-time customer! They also kept me updated the entire time, from visit ETA through the diagnosis and through solving the problem. Couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did.“

“Troy did an excellent job from start to finish with diagnosing and fixing our AC when it wouldn’t turn on. I was able to reach him immediately with a phone call and he arrived at our home within a couple hours. He thoroughly examined our thermostat wiring and the machinery in our utility closet (and was also ready to climb thirty feet to the AC unit on the roof if needed) to determine that the fault lay with the thermostat itself. He had a new thermostat ready in his truck and installed it within minutes. “I had an ongoing sewage backup in my outside basement stairwell since last December 2021. I had gotten three estimates; Mr Nelson's was very reasonable. My plumbing problem was that the sewage pipe is galvanized and had deteriorated. It was the original pipe of my 1949 row home, and the main problem with the pipe extended into the recreation room of the basement. They were going to have to dig. My anxiety went through the roof; however, Mr Nelson diffused my fears and worked with me. He and his team explained the entire procedure, broke it down where I clearly understood, and also provided me a status with pictures. This company is very meticulous about their work, and they clean up and haul away excess debris and mud. I am very happy, and the sewage pipe and drain now work perfectly.
