Absolutely amazing experience. Had an emergency hot water heater issue. Frederick came to the house on the same day. He assessed the problem, offered solutions, and had everything done -- including a difficult new installation within a few days. I was frankly stunned by how well it went. He's an absolute pro and a gentleman, and I recommend him whole heartedly.
Frederick is wonderful. After having another DC company quote me for $10k for a new Navien water heater, he came over quickly and stoped my leak by actually fixing the broken part for a reasonable price. He is experienced and treats clients with respect. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
