We have a business in Rockville and have struggled with a poorly spec'd and installed system for several years. We have had three contractors come out to troubleshoot the system and all left promising to provide an appraisal and estimate and not one called back. Albert came out upon first contact, identified problems with the system and provided a proposal in a matter of a week or so. He promptly returned phone calls and kept us in the loop as to progress on the project. Very well. The owner quickly and confidently identified the problems with the system, proposed a plan, provided a written estimate and performed the work in a professional and timely manner. He was responsive to questions without being defensive, returned calls promptly when he didn't personally answer. And showed up when he said he would. His staff were polite, professional and neat. Our system is humming along and we are enjoying our long-awaited comfort!
