Based on the reviews, H.D. Johnson is a trustworthy source for plumbing, heating, and cooling services available 24/7. The service received is excellent, with providers who are on time, polite, and able to explain what is best to do. They are very good and professional, doing a great job fixing problems and explaining all the issues along the way. The company is customer friendly and highly recommended as a 5 star company. For a recent heater replacement, the assessment was great, offering options and recommendations. The install was awesome, with the team showing up bright and early, spending the day ensuring the old heater was removed well and the new one installed with expertise. They are a joy to have in the home.
People are often quick to write negative reviews when something goes wrong, but I think it’s just as important to recognize great service when a company truly comes through.
Our tankless water heater started leaking just three days before a very important event at our home. I called and left a message on Sunday evening, and first thing Monday morning, Rhonda reached out and had someone at our house within a couple of hours.
Jeremy, the project manager, came out and gave us the unfortunate news that the unit needed to be replaced. From there, Rhonda and Jeremy worked extremely hard to find the right replacement and get us scheduled as quickly as possible....read full review
The service that I received was excellent. The service provider was on time, polite, explained what he thought best to do and was able to explain what other updates was needed to have done in my home to have a better running system.
I found it on the internet by chance. They were really good. They came and repaired the air conditioner. Their service was also very good. Jose was very kind and very professional. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you HD Johnson.
