The service received is excellent, with providers who are on time, polite, and able to explain what is best to do. For a recent heater replacement, the assessment was great, offering options and recommendations. The install was awesome, with the team showing up bright and early, spending the day ensuring the old heater was removed well and the new one installed with expertise. They are a joy to have in the home.
HD Johnson went above and beyond. My wonderful technician was kind, patient and solved the problem. He came back at 7pm to answer a question I had regarding the HVAC system and stayed to make sure system worked well. Customer service was considerate and got back to me even after business hours. This was exceptional service!
