We used McMurray's for an inspection/diagnostic of our full AC and heating system. Lynwood was excellent; he took the time to educate me about the issues with the AC blower, ductwork modifications needed and differences between furnace efficiencies and capacity. I am so thankful to McMurray's for their straightforward explanations, punctuality, and great communication.
Came home to a hot house on a Saturday night dreading the worst. Spent an hour going through the usual culprits (thermostat issue, power issue, filter, frozen coils etc) and finally accepted we were going to have to call in for help.
With a busy week ahead I knew I had less than 24 hours to get someone to take a look at my HVAC or else I was in for a painful couple of days. Called 3 local companies early Sunday morning offering same day appointments (including the biggest one in the area) and told each one that I’d go with whoever could get to me first. Within 3 hours, McMurrays was able to have a tech over to me and I am glad they did.
