So this part gets two (2) stars. While I had a plan with them, ever since acuring new owners, their system has taken me from the plan, and they want to charge full price on yearly maintenance. Go figure... learning on how to take care of it myself.01/19/2024 - Shortly after the review of 01/16/2024, I was contacted from the company. They listened to my complaint and were able to offer solutions to assist me and make things right. I did express that once a homeowner hires a company to install something in their home, there is an expectation of continued service with them and a reliable continued service. I felt a bit more comfortable after the conversation and look forward to a better understanding of a consumer and company relationship.“
