I was so so sad to come in today and learn that Ray had passed away. He was such an incredibly kind man, and really cared about helping me out; not just filling an order and scooting me out the door.
My condolences go out to his family and friends; on the toughest days seeing his smile in the showroom and his positive attitude really lightened up my day and made it better, always.
Rest easy, what a great guy.
