“Awesome job, amazed at how dirty my ducts were, thought they might be since the house was built in the 1940's, and after opening the vents we could see that the older ducts were probably never, ever cleaned (see (1) & (2) pictures). My technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. I like to know how things work, so I was his shadow following along, asking questions, snapping pictures....and he was more than helpful and welcomed my questions and presence. He was at my house for almost 3 hours. I so recommend Better Air, it's so worth the money and investment for your home.“
“We went with AB Heating and Cooling SIX (6) years ago. We've loved EVERY year that it has been in our home.They are better than good. "Damn Good"!He's done more than most HVAC types. “We have used imperial at least 3 times and I am always impressed by their professionalism and quality of their work. They are responsive and keep us updated throughout the job. They were very helpful recently when we had a leak in our basement. Another plumber wanted to rip down a wall to replace a whole section of pipe. “Would give more than 5 stars if I could! I reached out to Johnny personally with a water heater emergency that was affecting our business, on a Sunday while he was on vacation. He still responded immediately and connected me with Melissa. She got a technician out first thing Monday morning to diagnose the problem and try to order the part. They dealt with our indecisiveness as we tried to call around and see if anyone else had the part already in stock (they didn’t). We then went ahead and ordered the part with no issues, and Andrew’s went out of their way to pick it up the next day. Unfortunately only half the part was sent, not at all an error on the company’s end, and they still apologized profusely for the mistake. They again went out of their way to pick up the other half the next day and had the part installed about an hour after we opened. The effort, transparency, and communication were top tier, we couldn’t have asked for better. Shout out to Johnny, and Joe (the technician who fixed for us) and especially Melissa for facilitating everything and being so patient with us.
