I called yesterday and spoke with owner Marcy (who was so kind and understanding as I got her at 7:00 PM!) She took time to listen and booked me in for a quick evaluation this morning with Paul also owner). He was here by 9:00 AM, and my air was up and running by 3:00! Hurley and David told me there was no hope in patching anything and that I needed a brand new air conditioning unit and furnace. There was nothing more that could be done for my older system; but Paul took a look and was able to send Nick over to my Condo today and replace motor and fan, and I am now cooled off and so very happy. A fraction of the amount I would have had to pay. This company is local (Good to support local business over nationwide), and they care about the person that is using their service! I will need new furnace and air eventually (and I will be using this company); but for right now the fix has been done and so very quickly! I 100% recommend this company!

I can not say enough positive things about Action Air Inc. If I had o pick a few words they would be : Professional, On time, Quick to diagnose the issue, Efficient and super Friendly. They are the BEST in the biz! I own a small business in Agawam and needed immediate assistance when my furnace broke this past week. From my first interaction with Action Air over the phone they were professional, kind, knowledgeable and treated me as if I had been a loyal client for years ( it was my first experience with them). They NOT only came within a hour of my phone call - they also provided a concrete action plan with the best solutions for me on how to move forward. I felt as if they dropped everything for my business so it could continue to run safely and smoothly with heat ! The staff was very thorough in discussing the issues found with the furnace and beyond helpful when explaining various options I had in regards to replacing vs repairing. I needed a new furnace and they did an excellent job replacing it. I highly recommend this place! They deeply strive to provide you with service that is fulfilling. Also they have The nicest techs ( who helped me reorganize my studio while they were working and cleaned up everything before they left) ! My recommendation is through the roof for these guys!
