Billy came out ahead of the job (since it wasn't an emergency) and pre-planned what he needed in order to fix the issues. He kept in touch with me ahead of our appointment, showed up on time. ⌚ Gave me a couple different prices solutions so I could make a decision based on my budget. His prices were reasonable enough that I went with just opting for the best possible solution because it was still affordable. ? I ended up with good quality valves replaced, an extra shut off valve added for safety and a new spigot that makes it much easier to use my hose and water my garden. They say all HVAC guys and plumbers are grumpy: not the case here. Not only was Billy a kind soul to work with, but being a smaller home - I was able to hear him treat his employees with respect while (like any good boss) he took opportunities during the job to share and discuss their work and mentor them. This is what tradework is about folks: high quality work, clear communication, not price gouging people - acting like a professional. “We have another local contractor in town doing a bathroom upgrade and they keep dropping the ball left and right. After the ridiculous tub and tub surround install they did, nothing lined up. I called Mylo in distress, and they came out that Friday night on their way home to review the other contractors work. My fears were confirmed, the tub was not level, the surround was in the same poor craftsmanship.

“I gotta tell you about this amazing company. I ran out of heating oil and got a delivery from my usual place; however, I couldn't get the boiler to restart. I called Fusco and got Chelsea on the phone, who started helping me troubleshoot so I could get it restarted myself. Mind you, I'm not a customer, but she gave me some instructions and told me to call back her back if I needed more help. Well I needed more help. I called her back and I could hear her speaking to someone else trying to figure out the issue. I decided that I wanted to have one of their technicians come out and take a look...it's not that warm out yet that I wanted to wait. Chelsea had someone at my house about an hour later! I hadn't had the boiler serviced in years so it needed maintenance. Alex came in as polite and nice as can be, got to work, and about another hour later, everything was fixed and running smoothly. “Jamie goes above and beyond! As new homeowners, we were recommended to him from our realtor and have used him used him for a few small jobs around the house. The reason I am leaving this review though is for helping us with a real emergency last year. We had a sump pump failure around 8pm on a Wednesday night. We honestly didn't know who else to call as our whole basement was flooded. We called Jamie and he come out in no less than 15 minutes. The guy could have been asleep on his couch for all we know, but he didn't even bat an eye. He even brought a new sump pump to install incase we didn't have one. He helped my husband get all the water out of our basement and install the new sump pump. He eased my worries of having to file an insurance claim and my fear that it was worse damage than it was. After all this, I was prepared to pay upwards of $1000 but he charged us a very reasonable price and didn't throw any extra charges in for "emergency services" like some other companies would. We will never use another plumber again and will recommend Jamie and his company to anyone we know. Thanks again Jamie!!!“
