Awesome job, amazed at how dirty my ducts were, thought they might be since the house was built in the 1940's, and after opening the vents we could see that the older ducts were probably never, ever cleaned (see (1) & (2) pictures). My technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. I like to know how things work, so I was his shadow following along, asking questions, snapping pictures....and he was more than helpful and welcomed my questions and presence. He was at my house for almost 3 hours. I so recommend Better Air, it's so worth the money and investment for your home.

Better Air got me an appointment on the next business day, first thing. My tech Ethan was efficient, knowledgeable and attentive to details. I was provided pictures and the option for sanitizing - he even let me sniff each to pick which I’d prefer. Great experience and I highly recommend.
