Have used Rick Ross and One Hour Heating and A/C of Bristol for a few years now and could not be any happier with service. From phone call for assistance to service completed they cared about the customer. Would highly recommend them for all you heating and cooling needs.
Rick was very professional and kind. He got the work done quickly. And explain the thermostat for which I’m truly grateful. I signed up for yearly service and I’m happy to work with this company.
Ross gave me good advice about the stains we had on our basement ceiling tiles and confirmed that the stains were not coming from the radiator but gave advice what it may becoming from another source; and what to do to double check.
