if I encounter any other issues, do not hesitate to contact

Dan was pleasant. He was knowledgeable. Took the time to inspect everything first before he did any work. Explained the price structure. He was respectful in that I had my 93 year old dad who is deaf at my house and he was comfortable with that as well as locked my home when he left as I had asked him to.
