But recently I had a gas leak (self inflicted) on my gas fired furnace. It occurred late Thursday evening. I was in a panic so I called SMS. I got a call back within 15 mins and the tech talked me through the procedure to shut off the gas main. And then scheduled a visit the next morning first thing to repair the leak in the line.
