“I have had a lot of experience dealing with HVAC companies over the years and Campbell Cooling is bar none, the best company I've ever worked with. I previously used another company for (2) large projects which had been an absolute nightmare. Before doing any work, Kevin at Campbell was kind enough to point out my machine was probably under warranty still and if anyone but the installing company touched it, would void my warranty and didn't even charge me a service charge to come out initially. This was my first sign this company was top notch. Eventually, I had enough and asked Campbell to take over and get my unit up and running for the summer. Kevin identified and resolved the issue (which the other unnamed company could not find) AND did it for a fair price that was literally 400% less than the other company. Price gouging is alive and well with many of these big HVAC companies; not Campbell.
It is nearly impossible to find good, honest contractors these days with a business model centered on honesty with a family-first approach. Campbell is the last of a dying breed and I look forward to using them again for my family's HVAC needs in the future. Do yourself the favor and give them a call.”
