200 S Los Angeles St Suite E, Los Angeles“The program itself feels gentle and may seem simple at first, and I don’t always leave with the sensation of an intense workout. That said, I’ve come to appreciate that Pilates emphasizes mindfulness, body awareness, and intentional movement. Through repeating the exercises, I’ve learned to better understand my muscles and how my body moves as a whole. Overall, the experience has been positive for both my mind and body.“

The instructors were great and I thoroughly enjoyed the classes they led. I’m definitely planning to come back the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend!“

7318 Santa Monica Blvd Ste 20, West Hollywood“I have been taking classes at Club Pilates West Hollywood for just over a month and I love it! I really enjoy Mary Ann as my main instructor. Her teaching style, sequencing, clarity of instruction and encouragement are truly exceptional. Every time I come out of class I feel stronger, more open, more tension free and generally uplifted. I plan to keep visiting CP WeHo fur months to come.“
“Love this studio and being able to efficiently get a unique, full-body workout in half an hour. The instructors are all very knowledgeable. Parking is easy in a garage with validation. Benches are convenient and have phone chargers. Don't forget to bring grippy socks! Grippy socks and water are available for purchase if you forget.“

612 E Glenoaks Blvd, Glendale“Lifestyles for Health Physical Therapy - Cindy's clinic, gave me the comfort and mobility that I was very fearful of not having after a trip and fall injury to my arm. My therapist, Shiva, made the entire process so much more comforting and welcoming. She made sure that in all aspects of recovery, I was secured. Each exercise was explained, and most importantly, she made sure to ask how I felt before and after the treatments. You would never leave your appointment without feeling better.“
“As someone who has been taking pilates reformer classes for years, I have been so impressed with Personal Pilates. I've been taking classes with Chris and Kim because I was invited from my friend. They have Stott pilates equipment and especially love the trampoline cardio classes! They have unique techniques that I can actually feel. Kim also pays attention to how you are making the movements and has a really gentle approach to guiding you. You are definitely working all the muscles! Highly recommend!“

1641 Ellsmere Ave, Los Angeles“Ashlee is such a knowledgeable and supportive teacher. As someone new to Pilates (and reformer Pilates) I knew I was in good hands the moment Ashlee gave me specific feedback to work with my scoliosis. Her home studio is beautiful and provides a great space to work with the reformer outside of a group setting. I could feel my form improving over the course of our lesson. Ashlee is great!!“

13727 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks“I have been an avid yogi for over 20 years but felt it was time to step up my exercise game...My sister started coming here and kept telling me to join. Finally I took an introductory class with Julia and boom!!! I was hooked. My daughter came along and together we signed up for 2 months at their introductory rate. After that the price is the normal monthly rate for 8 classes, $249. I really enjoy every instructor here. Each one has their own vibe, but they all are very clear on how to keep your body aligned and guide you through each movement. Whitney is awesome with a very calming and effective voice. Alaina is easy to talk to but don't let that fool you, she will kick your body into shape...Julia, also wonderful and works your body. Candice, also awesome!!! Can't say enough about the staff & instructors. My body is definitely more toned and my behind is very happy. Lol! *They are very clear on the membership and you can freeze it if necessary but they do still charge $25 a month until you release your freeze. Then it goes back to your monthly rate. *You can pay class to class but that most definitely will cost you more money *Memberships are 4, 8 or unlimited classes per month. *The rates are locked in once you sign up.“

1505 11th St, Santa Monica“I came to Elevate after a major skiing accident with multiple complicated fractures in my leg. The care and incredible therapy I have received and worked on over the last year with Dr Kyle and the other therapists at Elevate have been incredibly life saving to me. The care is personalized. One on one with your Doctor of PT. My recovery would never have come along this far after a year without the professionalism and incredible therapy- which required hard work- without Elevate. I am a former marathon runner and athlete so it was very important to me to work hard with the best after a freak ski accident. Elevate has been a major factor in my recovery and I am so thankful for their amazing positive support and pushing me to get back to the best I can be.“

www.RockStarDanceFitness.com, 517 N Glenoaks Blvd, Burbank“I am so grateful to have found Rock Star Dance Fitness! I wandered into this gem of a studio and found my new fitness home. The variety of classes includes dance and fitness (Cardio, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Salsa, Zumba, Afro-Caribbean, Ballet, Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Kids Classes) - new offerings are always being added! Private training is also available with their knowledgeable and encouraging teachers, all of whom are certified and have years of experience dancing professionally. What further sets them above other studios, is the welcoming and inclusive environment. The studio owner, Trina, has created a space that is supportive, positive and values community and diversity. The dance studio houses a non-profit academy, RS Confidence, to support dancers, their personal growth and technical training. Actively participating in cultural events, the studio maintains family-friendly values and brings joy to movement. If you haven't tried a class yet - you're missing out!“

10131 National Blvd UNIT A, Los Angeles“Everyone here is kind, professional, and have helped me a great deal. I highly recommend Blessed Physical Therapy.“
“Definitely recommend this Pilates studio. The location for me is perfect, and I appreciate that each instructor that I’ve taken a class with has made it their own. I started doing Pilates at this studio and I feel they’ve really made me a Pilates convert. I have no interest in looking for another studio, and will be coming here as long as I’m in Koreatown!
I am leaving this review both to share some praise for Kore Pilates, as well as to share feedback:
- I wish there were more classes for beginners. Only having 1 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday is limiting. Actually more classes on the weekend in general, I would love a mid day class on Sunday.
- On the same note, I have had an experience a few times now where I sign up for a beginners class, the instructor notices that most students have taken a class before, proceeds to ramp up the difficulty. Sometimes I join the beginner class just to focus on technique (and so I’m not sore the next day).“

3800 Foothill Blvd A, La Crescenta-Montrose“I've been to many different physical therapists in my lifetime, but no one has ever been as good as John M. at Tyler. Hands down, he is absolutely the best -- his vast knowledge, ability to explain things and therapeutic approaches are second to none. He's intuitive, energetic and very personable. I've been going to John at Tyler for PT on my shoulder and my hip, and I'm seeing excellent results. I've also worked with Austin, the occupational therapist at Tyler, who has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with. One thing I really appreciate about Tyler PT is that they schedule you in for an entire hour with your therapist. Most of the other PT places I've been too shuttle you from one person to another, there's a lack of continuity and I think that negatively affects the quality of care. Not so at Tyler -- their one-on-one approach creates focused and intensive PT sessions that I find immensely helpful. The front office person is also quite helpful and very competent. I highly recommend Tyler PT, and especially John M.“

8818 Saturn St, Los Angeles“After my initial consultation with Vivie, it was clear she is a true professional with an expert understanding of her field. I felt significantly better after just our first session. As someone dealing with fibromyalgia and spinal arthritis, I know it will be a long journey, but I am already experiencing improvements in mobility and flexibility. Marcia, the massage therapist, is also outstanding--her expertise and warm bedside manner make each session a positive experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking relief and improved well-being. Highly Recommended for Pain Relief and Wellness“

8356 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood“I LOVE Speir Pilates!! As a newcomer to reformer pilates, I was nervous going into it but this studio and the instructors here are phenomenal. From the first class, the instructors introduce themselves to you and continue to recognize you each time you come in. I really loved that personal aspect. I've taken Taylor O. and Danielle B. and both have been incredible!! The workouts are hard but their music is great and well-synced to the moves. The instructors are very attentive/will help you as well throughout the class which I appreciate as it can be so easy to have incorrect form when you're first starting out. I look forward to any time I come into the studio and highly recommend it to my friends, family, and others in the community. Also it is an absolutely gorgeous space with tons of natural light, a big plus!“

8231 W 3rd St, Los Angeles“The best pilates studio in LA, my first class was Heated full-body burn with Natalli Reznik. Love her! the class was great, she's a great instructor, I loved her vibe and the music! My second class was with Abe Ahern, he is amazing, he is challenging and so professional, it was also a great class! The staff at the front desk one of them was really nice! but the other one was rude. She was not welcoming at all. When I was leaving I said thank you and smiled at her and she completely ignored me. I did not like that. But other than that, I do recommend this studio.“

“I've been coming to this location for years. Often out of necessity as a result of intense pain and at other times, to maintain flexibility and a daily ritual of a pain free life. The team has and continues to be professional, patient, caring and understanding. A big note of thanks and appreciation to the team.“
