I have been going to Bodyline off and on for about 30 years. I have also tried other Pilates studios. Bodyline is by far the best. I now have been going consistently 3 times a week for over a year and I love it. Maria's instructors are very professional and very well trained. The studio is immaculate and the equipment really well kept. There is validated parking ... what more can you ask for!!!
I love love love this studio. Sharon is my favorite instructor, but honestly they are all great as it is a teaching studio (think UCLA Medical, but for Pilates). The owner, Maria, is a Pilates veterana and I like her method - classic with a twist. This morning was rainy, and Sharon created a Gwen Stefani playlist. It was everything I want in a Saturday morning class.I usually schedule through Class Pass.
I had such a great time at my very first class, I'm signing up for more! Lisa is so nice and the class was challenging, but she was aware of a wrist that has been bothering me and she was mindful of it. After one class I feel great, and the students all had a great vibe. Highly recommend!
