Roof is still doing great after 10 years and just had them back to take a look. I emailed them and they called back in 5 minutes (I had to look back at this to confirm because it was so fast)…and they showed up at my house 5 minutes after that. Not sure I’ve ever expected or experienced that speed of service with any vendor. “Nelson from Atlas Plumbing and Rooter was able to successfully snake and unclog our kitchen sink after another plumber couldn’t unclog it using 3 different sized snakes. Nelson then replaced 1-1/2 inches of the sink pipe that was broken and leaking after the other plumber had taken it off to snake the kitchen sink pipe. He was honest and upfront about our options and was willing to work with us to try out the cheaper option first, and wouldn’t charge us if we needed to switch to the more expensive option, whereas another plumber we called wanted to do the most expensive option first without trying the cheaper option (this option was also less damaging to our house, which is why we wanted to do it first). Nelson deserves more than 5 stars for his expertise and willingness to do a great job! We’ll definitely request Nelson for our future plumbing and rooter work.“

“Outstanding!!! Aaron took the time on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot my mom's hybrid water heater that wasn't working. We face timed over the phone and with his help found that the problem was a loose electrical connection. He instructed me what to do and I was able to redo the connection and the water heater fired back up.

At the time my mom was recovering from being hospitalized and I'd been overwhelmed trying to take care of everything. Dealing with a hot water heater problem was the last thing I needed. I am so grateful Aaron was willing to help me over the phone to get things working again completely free of charge. If only all companies stood behind their work like that.“

Edgar came out and gave us an estimate and we had several options. Edgar was very professional and he didn't pressure us to agree on the most expensive option. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each option and he left the decision up to us.
