Alex installed our new Toto toilet and it works flawlessly. More recently he helped bail me out of a job retrofitting the cold water valves for the bathroom faucet. He had the right tools to remove the previous valve and had the new retrofit done in 15 minutes. Fees are determined by his company’s schedule… a competitor I’ve regrettably hired seemingly makes up fees on the direction of the wind.

Alex from Arc plumbing is professional and friendly. He is very skillful and got the plumbing fixed without any problem. He is the guy that you can count on for any plumbing issues. Highly recommend Alex.

Arch plumbing gets five stars *****. They are very, very professional from the moment the secretary picks up the telephone and answers the call. Right away, questions are asked how can we help!? Questions about the specifics and what they can do to assist you. After checking around, I chose Arch who made an appointment to replace my anode rod. I was concerned at first about the work and she directed me to talk directly to the professional, Alex for further details. I could tell right away that Alex knew what he was talking about from the get-go.
