Pleasant experience dealing with Arch Plumbing. The technician, Carissa, was extremely thorough and meticulous in her work and took the time needed to get to the source of the problem before providing us the estimates. Great customer service, would recommend and utilize Arch Plumbing again in the future if needed.
Gerson, the service technician, was very friendly and capable. He identified the issue with our broken shower, ordered necessary parts, and came back to fix it as soon as the parts became available. Overall, great experience.
