“Alan, the owner is fast, responsive, dependable and knowledgeable. It's hard to find someone who is quick to respond even in the late hours of the day. My tenant called me at around 8pm and told me there's no hot water and her husband was taking a shower. I called Alan and he right away went to the site and fixed it. Everything is working perfectly as it should.Price quote provided, one to connect 2 pipes together and undo extra piping as well as taking the old water heater, cap the gas line etc. and and one just to connect the pipes, i chose tbe cheaper option and surprisingly he didn't pressure me to insist on doing the more expensive option.He even gave us discount which is very nice of him to do.“
