I called on Friday, and they were able to schedule me for Monday. Ruben and Ricardo—the Double “R” Team—were terrific! They arrived, diagnosed the problem, and had the toilet fixed in record time. What impressed me even more was that they didn’t just fix the immediate issue and leave. They took the time to check all of the sinks as well as our backroom toilet to make sure there were no other leaks.
