Roof is still doing great after 10 years and just had them back to take a look. I emailed them and they called back in 5 minutes (I had to look back at this to confirm because it was so fast)…and they showed up at my house 5 minutes after that. Not sure I’ve ever expected or experienced that speed of service with any vendor. Anyway, still super friendly and helpful, still exceeding my expectations, and, once again, 10 years later still highly recommend.“

“My water bill was extremely high this month and I had no idea why. I called pg&e and they said I had a water leak somewhere in my house. After calling around I decided on USA leak detector because they were able to get me an appointment the same day. They were able to pin point exactly where I had a leak. Steve was able to come out and fix my problem in 20 minutes which end up saving me a lot of money. He was extremely knowledgeable and didnt mind providing insight. “Our neighbors had remodeled with Edri Construction, so they were one of the first companies we called. We still met with a few other contractors just to compare, but after talking with Avi, the decision was pretty easy. He was by far the most knowledgeable, explained everything in a way we could actually understand, and you can tell right away he really knows what he’s doing.

Our home in the Inner Sunset needed structural work, seismic retrofitting, and a complete renovation, so experience really mattered. We also loved having access to their showroom. It was nice being able to pick most of the materials and finishes in one place instead of driving all over the city. It honestly made things a lot easier.

No remodel is perfect, and there were a few unexpected things along the way, but they always kept us informed and worked through them. We really love how the house turned out. Would definitely hire them again.“

“This is long overdue! Or, Navaz, Juan, and their did a phenomenal job remodeling the entire inside of our home. We did a full kitchen and bathrooms gut/remodel, restructured the flow of the back half of our home, added a laundry closet, and redid the bedroom closets to be more efficient. Navaz was our main point of contact and he was very attentive, ensuring that we were well informed along the way. They were able to stay (mostly) on time and budget, even with some unexpected updates that were necessary due to age of the building.The quality of installation for our cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, or flooring were excellent. As we have lived in the home over the past few months, we have noticed things that needed to be updated, and Navaz and Or have made sure to send out a crew and fix these things, and they have also stopped by to ensure we are happy.When I first signed with them, I am unsure if the reviews were legit but truly, the work is top notch. “The entire AGC team is incredible. My wife and I did a full gut remodel/rebuild on a 1912 house in San Francisco. We took the entire house down to the studs and then moved and replaced all the studs. To say we were terrified is a complete understatement. We talked to several GC's, and were referred to Aaron Gordon by our architect. He stood out from the start, and there was really no question who we'd go with after meeting with him and running through his process. He broke down and explained every aspect of the project, and priced out the entire thing in advance. And this wasn't a rough ballpark quote like you get from most GCs, it was down to every detail. We were always in the loop on every aspect of the project. We had bi-weekly onsite check ins, and they provided weekly summaries of work completed and what was on the schedule for the coming week. We were never in the dark.Most importantly, I am happy to say now that the project is over, there were no surprises, and they finished on time and on budget (slightly below actually). That's quite an accomplishment considering the scope of work involved. Their quality is top notch, and the entire team is 100% professional. Not to mention they are just genuinely really good people. They would repeatedly go above and beyond what's expected. Just as one example (to which there are many), right when we moved in we tried to start garbage service through Recology and have bins sent to our house. Unfortunately Recology was hacked and their systems were down for weeks. We had nowhere to put our garbage, so the AGC team swung by several weeks in a row to literally pick up our personal garbage, just as a courtesy until we finally got bins sent to us. I could rattle off countless examples, but I just wanted to highlight the level of service they provide. I was flat out impressed at how they conducted themselves both professionally and personally.This whole thing could have been so stressful, but the team ensured it never got to that point. I dare say it was even enjoyable. It was amazing to watch our home transform knowing it was in good hands. I have zero hesitation recommending them to anyone starting a new project. They are as good as it gets, and they will be our go to for all our future needs. So happy we were referred to AGC.“

“I was referred to AJO Group by my neighbor who recommended them highly for our soft story retrofit. I’ve had different contractors over the years for various major projects. AJO is the best contracting group I have worked with, starting with Giuseppe the owner/engineer, to the responsive and efficient office manager, to the punctual and friendly work crew.Giuseppe always greets you with professionalism, yet is personable, and is very knowledgeable explaining procedures clearly and concisely. AJO is a one-stop shop taking care of permitting, inspections, and all aspects of the construction. Everything went smoothly and was stress free for me. They took care of everything. New carpeting and other upgrades to the unit affected was put in, and the office manager worked closely with me on the timing of ordering and installation.I was on site often and Giuseppe always communicated what had been completed, what was being worked on, and what was the next step.I had a significant sewer issue just before the retrofit started. AJO was able to take care of that for almost half the cost of the initial company I had contacted, a considerable savings to me, and they were still able to finish the retrofit in the estimated timeframe.AJO is a great team, does quality work, and good work ethics. “Rokay and his team did a great job on my bathroom remodel. When we first looked at the job together, I explained that because it was my only bathroom, I would have to move in with a relative during the construction. Rokay assured me that they would do everything possible to expedite the project. Start to finish, it took about 3 1/2 weeks. They were finished a week earlier than estimated. This is a family business, everyone on the construction team was related. The bathroom came out great.“

“Albion Power Company just completed a 13 solar panel installation on my single story home in Mill Valley. The advance discussions, over the telephnoe and in person, explaining required customer decisions, were delivered in a friendly and professional manner. The three man crew, including a manager and two electriciians, completed this whole project, using an efficient system of material delivery, placement and initial installation of roof top rails, followed on day two by panel and electrical installation.
