From the call for an appointment to completion of the work, I was pleased with the courtesy & professionalism. The young woman who arranged the appointment was sympathetic of my need & very helpful. The tech arrived within 30 minutes & described the work necessary & the cost quickly & clearly. When I said OK he began immediately & was finished in less than 2 hours. I am very pleased.
Needed a bath tub replaced.
These guys are very good at explaining how and what they can do to fix the problem. And they make sure that they give an update how the job is coming along.
When the termite inspector said we had a lot of water under the house, I was like “what?!” And sure enough there was quite a crawlspace pond forming. Smart Plumbers came recommended by a neighbor, so I called them on the Sunday of Memorial Day and they had someone there the next morning. It took a few hours and a clever bit of plumbing to work around the new copper pipe not holding the soldering because we could not get the water to completely drain. But victory was achieved! It was not inexpensive, but it had to get fixed quickly (on a holiday weekend) and it was in the range I was expecting, so no complaints there.
