“It was a 50 gal gas heater that had become cranky and needed to be swapped out. The top price that was offered was $ 1000 +… I paid $ 2950 but that seems to be the going rate. It does seem pricey. Gary and gang did their thing well and they should be recommended.“

“Nelson from Atlas Plumbing and Rooter was able to successfully snake and unclog our kitchen sink after another plumber couldn’t unclog it using 3 different sized snakes. Nelson then replaced 1-1/2 inches of the sink pipe that was broken and leaking after the other plumber had taken it off to snake the kitchen sink pipe. He was honest and upfront about our options and was willing to work with us to try out the cheaper option first, and wouldn’t charge us if we needed to switch to the more expensive option, whereas another plumber we called wanted to do the most expensive option first without trying the cheaper option (this option was also less damaging to our house, which is why we wanted to do it first). Nelson deserves more than 5 stars for his expertise and willingness to do a great job! We’ll definitely request Nelson for our future plumbing and rooter work.“

“We needed a new garbage disposal and other plumbing issues fixed. We have used Genteel in the past and always have been happy with their work so we called and they came the same day.
Edgar came out and gave us an estimate and we had several options. Edgar was very professional and he didn't pressure us to agree on the most expensive option. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each option and he left the decision up to us.
Even though they are a little pricey, we would recommend them. They know their business and of all the issues they have taken care of over the years for us, we are extremely happy with their work.

“Outstanding!!! Aaron took the time on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot my mom's hybrid water heater that wasn't working. We face timed over the phone and with his help found that the problem was a loose electrical connection. He instructed me what to do and I was able to redo the connection and the water heater fired back up.

At the time my mom was recovering from being hospitalized and I'd been overwhelmed trying to take care of everything. Dealing with a hot water heater problem was the last thing I needed. I am so grateful Aaron was willing to help me over the phone to get things working again completely free of charge. If only all companies stood behind their work like that.“

“The All-Electric California team is the BEST. When our gas water heater sprung a leak, I did a bit of research and learned about heat pump water heaters. I reached out to several places for a quote, and was extremely pleased when AEC got back to me within two hours! The quote process was painless, all I had to do was email in some photos. They were extremely knowledgeable about the various rebates, tax incentives, and bill credits through SFPUC, and they included them all on the quote so I could see just how much we qualified for. The overall cost was even cheaper than what we were quoted to replace it with a new gas water heater!

When it came time for installation, their whole team was awesome. Efficient, friendly, and clean! They had to run some new electrical wiring to the heat pump water heater and they did it along the ceiling where it is not an eyesore. They also took the time to route the water drip pipe out into my back garden where it is currently making my plant very happy! After the install they showed us how everything works and helped us set up an app to enroll in our utility demand response program, which would help us qualify for incentives. Their team was very educational and very communicative at every step of the process.
