“On 8/3/26 my toilet overflowed onto my bathroom floor. I contacted Works Plumbing it was late afternoon and within two hours they responded. They were able to get my toilet working, and they worked extremely hard, late into the night to get this fix. My problem was more detailed and required removing and replacing the main line underneath my house. Jorge the owner was flexible with pricing, and they came the very next day to begin the work. They completed the job one day early. They were professional, polite, honest, neat, clean, friendly. They just didn’t do the work required, but did extra things that I wasn’t expecting, at no additional cost. Will the lead technician is an individual with very high character, strong work ethic, committed to work towards perfection. After all was done, Jorge had his workers clean my bathroom, they vacuum my house, cleaned my epoxy garage floors. These guys are exceptional.
