I called to schedule routine maintenance on our home unit, and Saul arrived right on time. He explained what he was going to do and then came back to let me know that our unit was already very clean and didn’t actually need any maintenance. He told me he would speak with management about reducing the charge since there was nothing that needed to be done.

A few minutes after he left, Saul called to let me know that they had decided not to charge us for the visit at all.
