“We had an absolutely amazing experience with Kevel, from beginning to end. They gave us a home energy audit, and we moved forward with a project incorporating some modifications to our system. I give them my highest recommendation! 1) Every person we interfaced with was professional, and helpful, and just nice. 2) Project was timely, and everything worked out as expected and promised. The only minor drawback is that they are good at what they do, and popular, so there was a bit of time waiting to initially get our project in their queue. “We hired Building Efficiency to convert our failed gas water heater to an energy-efficient electric heat pump water heater. David Hamburger did the site review/estimating; and office manager, Mae Adams, handled the admin and rebates. We all worked very well together. Building Efficiency also coordinated nicely with an electrical company doing other upgrades in our home to locate a new 220V/240V line to the site. The Building Efficiency installation team was also very professional and swift in their installation, which required moving/reinstalling another unit's adjacent water heater and providing a new/expanded base pan for both tanks. David also worked with us to find the most efficient heat pump that would fit into the area's physical constraints. The City permit inspector was very complimentary of the final installation, which was nice confirmation of a job well done. We are very happy with the results of our new energy-efficient, electric-heat-pump, water heater. The BAYREN rebate just arrived today, and the very important conversion from gas to electric was well worth it. Thank you Building Efficiency!“
“I called Cabrillo because our disposal wasn't working. It turns out it is pretty old --and rusty, so we got a new one (all in the same visit!) Frank checked our water heater at my request, AND he thoughtfully checked the water pressure coming into the house. It's a good thing: not only is the water heater 19 years old, but we need a new pressure monitor and gauge.... Frank gave me a detailed description of options for a new heater, as well as cost and the type of work that would have to be done--with no pressure. It's wonderful having Cabrillo be able to take care of so many plumbing items. We've used companny for about 25 years, and they've never let us down in quality of work, quality of appliances & material, and excellence of personnel!“

“This was one of the best services i have received in almost 40 years!! I have used about 10 different services , and they are basically the same. (Others are Unresponsive , late, missing appointments and worse off, not communicative) Air FLOW PROS DID EVERYTHING PERFECT. THEY arrived early to check my system, squeezed me in later at 8pm due to an emergency, replaced my system, under budget on time and communicated the whole way through. They EVEN VACUUMED WHEN THEY LEFT AND came up and asked us if there was anything else they could do~ at 9pm! Polite , professional and efficient. I would pay double for the consistency!Services: Heating system maintenance“

“Our air conditioner stopped working yesterday in the afternoon around 2:30 pm in this very hot weather. We were so upset because of the heat and no air conditioning and thinking we will never get anyone out here and will probably have to wait at least 3-4 days to have someone come out. Well we called Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating that American Home Shield had sent out before and that is EXACTLY what they did....they came out to our house yesterday around 4:15!! It was unbelievable!! We had used them several years ago and because of the exceptional service I had Yelped them back then. They have continued to provide the exact same excellent outstanding professional service to this day! On top of having the air conditioning not work, while Gabriel was here our power went OFF!! We thought, Oh No!! We were so grateful to have him come over on the same day we called, and now our power went off thanks to PG&E! Gabriel was most apologetic and rather than pack up and leave immediately, he waited about 10 minutes and the power came back on and he fixed it! We did not expect him to sit and wait because we weren't sure when the power would come back on, but he was so kind and considerate and said he would wait a bit more to see if it would come back on and it did. Sam the owner has an amazing company with amazing workmen. We highly recommend Sam's company and appreciate American Home Shield having such reputable professional companies that they refer their customers to.“
