Juan was thorough in his work to clear our gutters and explained the entire process to me, as well as other preventative measures that might be taken. He was courteous and showed up on time. My interactions with the dispatch folks at 24/7 was smooth as well. I would recommend their services for anyone who has the unfortunate need of an emergency plumber.

Erick Jimenez came to fix my toilet. He checked it out for a few minutes then he says $550.00. He doesn’t even tell me what’s wrong just gives me a price. I had to ask what was wrong with it!!! He fixes it and then tells me to give good review when I asked for a receipt and it is the next day and still no receipt!!! I would not use them again and very unprofessional and extremely expensive!!Service: Drain cleaning

I called Rooter & Plumbing on a Saturday night due to an emergency plumbing leak. Maynor the technician came out the next morning at 9:00am to fix it. Great customer service, very professional and he completed the job with no issues. I highly recommend Rooter & Plumbing if you are in need of a great plumbing service team!
