I called Cabrillo because our disposal wasn't working. It turns out it is pretty old --and rusty, so we got a new one (all in the same visit!) Frank checked our water heater at my request, AND he thoughtfully checked the water pressure coming into the house. It's a good thing: not only is the water heater 19 years old, but we need a new pressure monitor and gauge.... Frank gave me a detailed description of options for a new heater, as well as cost and the type of work that would have to be done--with no pressure. It's wonderful having Cabrillo be able to take care of so many plumbing items. We've used companny for about 25 years, and they've never let us down in quality...read full review

When our tankless water heater died we decided to switch tech to a new heat-pump water heater. Cabrillo sent Frank to draw up an estimate as well as help us understand future heat pump HVAC options. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my questions and seemed to enjoy explaining how everything worked to an interested customer. Most importantly he listened to our needs prioritizing getting us hot water back ASAP. Daniel the installer was just as easy to talk to and did an excellent job getting the new heater set up and water back on leaving our garage very tidy in the process. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with a service provider.Prompt, communicative and incredibly knowledgeable, Robert Burkett provided service well above and beyond simply "fixing" our acute furnace issue. He took the time to address our questions on furnace life cycles and maintenance, heat pump transitions, indoor air quality, local, state and federal rebates - you name it. And also took the time to replace our filters, check our thermostat calibration and clean out our 20 year old furnace before departing.We can't recommend Cabrillo AND Robert enough and look forward to partnering with them on future projects.
