Serviceman very polite & competent -- so grateful for fast service last minute on a SAT morning as I recover from surgery ! The fee was expensive and a bit shocking but seniors go way back to a time in their life experience when these services cost far less.
Chris and his assistant were terrific. Like everything with animals and plumbing - something always sends to happen on a, weekend or holiday… I had a seriously clogged kitchen sink and called Mike at Heises and he had someone out here within a few hours.
