Our recent kitchen drain problem turned out to be more complicated than initially expected, but when it resurfaced, he arranged for the plumber to return promptly and stayed engaged until the underlying drain line and cleanout could be properly investigated. We especially appreciate his clear communication, professionalism, and willingness to keep troubleshooting rather than rushing through the job. We’ve consistently had a positive experience and would happily recommend Sean and his team.

He knew exactly what the situation needed and what it didn’t, gave me a base price for the obvious repair with a “worst case” number if there were problems inside the wall. He showed up on time, then was able to do the work a day early when he had a cancellation—my tenant was happy to get the job done sooner than later. My water bill was extremely high this month and I had no idea why. I called pg&e and they said I had a water leak somewhere in my house. After calling around I decided on USA leak detector because they were able to get me an appointment the same day. They were able to pin point exactly where I had a leak. Steve was able to come out and fix my problem in 20 minutes which end up saving me a lot of money. He was extremely knowledgeable and didnt mind providing insight.
