We were interested in getting a Fleetwood sliding door and pass thru kitchen window for our home. However, due to Covid pandemic, we were unable to move forward with our project having to postpone. He gave me an estimate by visiting the site on the same day I called him. On the installation day he came in sharp at the specified time and single handedly brought the prehung door to the second floor and installed it in about an hour. “Very professional and respectful. We got off to a rocky start since they require both adults who live in the home to be around before they will giving a quote which was incredibly frusterating. There seems to be a little bit of a disconnect between sales and project management. We were originally told that the material would not work on our existing aluminum patio awning structure, but once the project started we were informed that the material changed about a year ago, so they could paint over the metal structure. Adding that to the project and the costs after the fact was a little annoying, but the project manager was great and accomodating. Other than that the painting team was wonderful and had great attention to detail. Any mistake or peeling, no matter how small, the project manager made was corrected. Again, overall good experience.“

“We recently had our home's exterior stucco and wood trim repainted by GBC Remodeling. We decided to use GBC for two reasons. One was that several years earlier, they were the only company willing to come out on Christmas Eve to patch an emergent roof leak. Secondly the CoolWall Tex Coat paint system they use eliminates appearance of cracks in the stucco due to its elastic property and simultaneously reduces heat retention and mold growth due to its breathability. The job was really large because it included the exterior of two story 4750 square feet house (including two garage doors and exterior doors), the retaining walls in the front, side, and back yard, and the exterior of the guest house in the back. The job did take longer than expected however GBC crew was very receptive to our requests and concerns and completed the project until we were satisfied. Our house now looks beautiful like it did when we moved in 20 years ago. The quality of their work far exceeded our expectation. We ultimately realize that the repainting of our home's exterior by GBC remodeling is a great value.“
