One reviewer appreciated a representative who explained issues clearly, answered questions, and took measurements from outside a condo when the customer was unwell. This caring attitude helps clients feel valued and comfortable.

I had 5 windows in my condo replaced with Newman Windows and Doors last week. They have stood up well to their first storm. The experience with the company was excellent from start to finish, and everyone was competent and professional. My salesperon, Russel, was prompt, clear, and discussed all of window options, including a few different quotes. The project manager Jacob, also maintained communication with me leading up to the installation. Finally, the installation team, consisting of Emanuel, Christian, and Enrique, was fantastic, and I was appreciative that Nathaniel came partway through to check on the progress. Overall the team was great! They installed the windows… read full review

Emanuel, Christian M, Miguel R, and Jose G were all very conscientious and polite as they worked putting in my whole house windows.
The reason for 4 stars:

2) After they left on Friday I discovered one of my sliding glass doors wouldn’t lock so my house is left unlocked at this time.
I love the windows and I hope that I don’t have to wait too long for them to come back and clean them and fix the lock.

I had an excellent experience with Newman Windows & Doors! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. Everyone was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and easy.

A special thank you to the installers, Christian and Jose. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of my home. They took the time to answer my questions, were very helpful throughout the installation, and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves.

I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I highly recommend Newman Windows & Doors, especially Christian and Jose. They truly went above and beyond.
