Renewal by Andersen of San Diego (RbA-SD) installed two beautiful sliding glass doors for us ... thoughtfully designed, solid, well-built ... and the install team was polite, professional, & courteous, as was the initial salesmen, who cold-called at our front door, and also met in our home to discuss options and close the sale. Everyone was great. But with any construction or renovation projects, we've come to understand throughout the years, that there can be glitches that need addressing. And, we've also learned that once a company gets their check, suddenly you can find a MIA customer care team that ghosts you. NOT SO with RbA-SD! Even though some of the glitches...read full review
