Francisco My Sales Person through Renewal By Andersen went out of his way from the Beginning making sure I got the perfect window to replace my old Leaky window from All the Rain here in California. He explained and helped me through out this process to assist with financing, Measurement and Installation as well as follow up to Make sure the installers did this correctly as we discussed. He was available by phone and text and he made sure I knew how to operate my double hung window top and bottom, as well how to pull out for cleaning from the inside. Cassie was very kind and professional. She knew everything about the product she was selling. We were left with no questions about what we were being sold.
