Very professional and respectful. We got off to a rocky start since they require both adults who live in the home to be around before they will giving a quote which was incredibly frusterating. There seems to be a little bit of a disconnect between sales and project management. We were originally told that the material would not work on our existing aluminum patio awning structure, but once the project started we were informed that the material changed about a year ago, so they could paint over the metal structure. I have been shopping around for some upgrades on my property and after speaking with Casey I have decided that Genesis will be the company we move forward with. Casey was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. Professional, experienced, and well versed!!!

Today I spoke with Casey about a project I was interested in and she was so helpful! She answered all of my questions and gave me a great understanding of what I was getting into. The customer service was sufficient and honest. I’m looking forward to working with genesis home improvements!
