We are very pleased with our double pane windows. BM windows was punctual with quotes and service. The installers were polite, tidy and did a great job. They cleaned up behind themselves and left the property neat. We are thrilled with the quality of our new windows and love how quiet and dust free it has made our home.

I had a great experience with BM windows. I needed to replace 20+ windows and 2 sliding door. I compared 3 different brands - milgard windows vs simonton vs arlin. I really like Arlin after visiting showrooms and seeing the product in person. However I was worried that it would be too expensive. Jim came and did a careful measure and gave a very reasonable price. The order and installation were smooth. It has been almost a year since they replaced the windows and doors. It still looks as new. Thank you.

I’m very happy with BM windows and I would recommend them to all. It was easy to make an appointment with Doreen in the office. JT came to my home and gave me a quote. JT had a sample to see and brochures to look over. JT made it very easy to select what I needed. No pressure. JT is very personable and knowledgeable. I had HOA requirements to meet and JT provided me everything I needed to submit to my HOA for approval.Upon HOA approval, JT and Michal came to my home for final measurements so the windows could be ordered. My HOA required a specific color of window frame (not white) which took 2 weeks longer to manufacture. However, my order still was completed...read full review
