Service is outstanding. Purchased 25+ windows and sliders 7 years ago. Under their Company’s warranty they came out to replace a latch on the slider. But service man also replaced screen and rollers. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and all at no charge seven years later.
BM windows installed 10 windows for me. I went with Anlin and I’m very happy. I like the team there at BM windows . They are friendly but not overly sales focused, they are efficient communicators and have good follow up. The owner even comes out to double check the measurements and window conditions before installation. I highly recommend this company and their products.

In 2017, I bought a condo and needed to replace all windows. JT came to measure my windows and gave me a very reasonable quote. He understood that I just bought my place and could not afford to replace all windows at once. He did not pressure me to replace all windows at the same time.
