Good afternoon my name is michael palermo I own a six unit apartment building in Northpark Distinctive home improvement gave me last quote on the best windows for my building. Six years later they are still giving me the best quotes on replacing more windows and servicing. The ones that they put in previously six years ago. Jeff and his team are a number one in a special shout out for Johnny, I came out did a quick inspection and service the windows on the backside of my building to prepare for our very wet winter coming this year 2023. I stand behind this company 1,000,000,000,000% good guys doing good work thanks again and have a great day.

I had already decided that I wanted Anlins windows and now needed an company to install them. I got quotes from several 5 star rated companies that were authorized to install Anlin and Distinctive Home improvement still gave me the lowest quote. The Owner Jeff was regularly involved and worked with the office staff, installers & myself to make sure that I understood what our options were and to get the windows ordered When the windows came in, Jeff contacted me and asked if I was available the next day for installation. He indicated it would be at most a 5 to 6 hour installation job. The appointment was set at 9:00 a.m., and I got a call at 8:50 that they were outside....read full review
