“I first met with Andee from Priority Doors and Windows (PDW) at their prior location around the Mission Gorge area. We were interested in getting a Fleetwood sliding door and pass thru kitchen window for our home. However, due to Covid pandemic, we were unable to move forward with our project having to postpone. Last year 2023, we reached to PDW and to my surprise Andee is still there. After a visit, we really enjoyed the vast selection of quality manufacturers they have on display at their new location. It allowed us to see and compare between all the different manufacturers. Andee also put us in contact with an installer whom we look forward to installing our products. Throughout all the measuring, changes and decisions, Andee was very professional and patient, never made me feel like "make up your mind already" but instead provided some considerations to help us nail down our order. “I have always wanted solar panels ever since I first heard about them, but I could never convince my dad to get them. Now that I have my own house, I made it a priority to get them as soon as possible. RnL Roofing made that happen for me.I found RnL while doing an extensive research into solar companies. They had the best reviews, they were local, family owned, 35 plus years of roofing experience, 15 plus years of solar installation experience, and they gave the best price for the job. My job included an entirely new roof and a 17 panel solar system. What I enjoyed most about their pitch was that it was honest and to the point. In my opinion, the best kind of salesman is the one that drops the bullshit and gives it to me straight.Throughout the project, RnL was responsive, accommodating, understanding, and helpful. Richard Massey has excellent customer service skills and was a pleasure to work with. “16 years ago Erik installed beautiful fiberglass double-paned Milgard windows throughout our home. Since the windows have insulated our home so well, we have saved many many $$$ on heating/cooling. Also, Erik installed a beautiful entry door and a wonderful patio door. The entry door is so fun because it has a "little door" to welcome guest before entering our home. Everyone loves our entry door. We're getting ready to do more work on our home: replacing an utility door and our interior doors. Of course, I'm calling Erik first!“

“My wife and I had been planning to replace windows for years but had been limited by knowledge and budget. We were directed to Steve Landry and the professionals of CEO and could not have been happier with the results. After several consultations and lengthy "this is what we want" discussions, it became apparent that Steve is extremely passionate and an absolute window expert not to mention a very patient man. Once we made the decision to go with CEO on this huge undertaking, everything went flawlessly. The site supervisor Dan and his lead worker Sammy were incredible! My wife and I both work and we had no concern what so ever allowing these folks in our home without us there. They were very courteous and meticulously got the job done. It is apparent that the team shares Steve's passion for perfection. A pleasant bonus was I think they left the house cleaner than they found it. During our initial shopping process we consulted several different window companies and yes, there are "cheaper" options out there however you would be extremely hard pressed to find a more professional and passionate company than CEO. When it comes to my home, I don't want to cut corners and I do believe that this is one area that "you get what you pay for". Their pride in workmanship, dedication to their craft, and attention to detail is refreshing.“

“We met with a few window companies before we found David and Action Window, and after completing the work, we would choose Action Window over and over again. David was the most knowledgeable by far of all the window people we met with, and he educated us on local regulations/features required by law (especially important since our home is situated in a fire zone). David also personally comes for the estimate and measures the windows so that the estimate is an accurate reflection of the job price. Action Window also offered the most competitive quote of the other companies we met with. Action Window's installation crew were quick and professional. They handled our property with care and consideration. Action Window responded to all communications in a quick and timely fashion. David took the time to answer all of my questions carefully and even went the extra mile to do some in-person research on some of my more specific questions. The home looks great now and the soundproofing makes a significant difference in our daily lives.“

“Very professional and respectful. We got off to a rocky start since they require both adults who live in the home to be around before they will giving a quote which was incredibly frusterating. There seems to be a little bit of a disconnect between sales and project management. We were originally told that the material would not work on our existing aluminum patio awning structure, but once the project started we were informed that the material changed about a year ago, so they could paint over the metal structure. Adding that to the project and the costs after the fact was a little annoying, but the project manager was great and accomodating. Other than that the painting team was wonderful and had great attention to detail. Any mistake or peeling, no matter how small, the project manager made was corrected. Again, overall good experience.“
