We recently had our home's exterior stucco and wood trim repainted by GBC Remodeling. We decided to use GBC for two reasons. One was that several years earlier, they were the only company willing to come out on Christmas Eve to patch an emergent roof leak. Secondly the CoolWall Tex Coat paint system they use eliminates appearance of cracks in the stucco due to its elastic property and simultaneously reduces heat retention and mold growth due to its breathability. GBC remodeling painted the exterior of our home with Tex Coat I believe it was called and they did a great job. Our house definitely stands out in the neighborhood. When we had an issue they were really responsive and came out to make sure everything was perfect.They also did our back patio door which really looks so good.
