“16 years ago Erik installed beautiful fiberglass double-paned Milgard windows throughout our home. Since the windows have insulated our home so well, we have saved many many $$$ on heating/cooling. Also, Erik installed a beautiful entry door and a wonderful patio door. The entry door is so fun because it has a "little door" to welcome guest before entering our home. “We met with a few window companies before we found David and Action Window, and after completing the work, we would choose Action Window over and over again. David was the most knowledgeable by far of all the window people we met with, and he educated us on local regulations/features required by law (especially important since our home is situated in a fire zone). David also personally comes for the estimate and measures the windows so that the estimate is an accurate reflection of the job price. Action Window also offered the most competitive quote of the other companies we met with. Action Window's installation crew were quick and professional. They handled our property with care and consideration. Action Window responded to all communications in a quick and timely fashion. David took the time to answer all of my questions carefully and even went the extra mile to do some in-person research on some of my more specific questions. “We were looking for retractable screen doors for the outward opening French doors going from the living room to the patio. I was looking for an item that would allow me to do it myself to save on cost. After narrowing it down to 3 different choices, I decided on Casper. I had a couple questions, so called in on 2 different occasions before ordering. Both times, the phone was answered promptly, and I was transferred to Kevin in Tech Support who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and complete in his answers and explanations. He even gave me his personal cell number so I could send a couple pictures just to be sure we were on the same page. The doors arrived 3 days after they were ordered. Despite the exceptional packaging, there were 2 plastic tabs that the shipping company managed to break off. I called in, and again the phone was answered immediately. The replacement parts arrived 4 days later, and they also emailed me a video link that totally described how to replace them. That project took about 15 minutes, and the rest of the door installation took under an hour. Pretty sure if I had another set of screens to install that I could now do it in under 30 minutes. The unit is extremely well built, very attractive, and performs exquisitely. It does exactly what we need it to do. I am very pleased with the product, the company, and especially the superb customer service. We didn’t even need to Press 1, etc., etc. And the cost was less expensive than the competition. I highly recommend these folks.“

“Update: BCHR finished up the exterior remodel on our house this week and my wife and I couldn't be more impressed with the final result. The care, quality and craftsmanship they provided was second to none. Every single person associated with our project was outstanding. From day one our salesperson Beata (Bee) made us feel comfortable. She promised we'd love the final product and man was she right. Bee kept in touch with us through the whole project which was awesome because this was the first big project on our home in 17 years. Then there was Trish from the main office who called often just to see if everything was going ok. I mean who does that. We can't thank her enough for the reassurance she provided, thanks Trish you're awesome. Now for the amazing crew. Josh and Rene (foreman) were there every step of the way to oversee the demo of all the facia boards and trim, great guys. The paint crew did a wonderful job repairing our outside back patio which had years of dry rot that needed to be replaced before the Tex Cote could be applied. Once all the trim work was finished it came time for the Tex Cote to be applied (which by the way will last forever). Bee helped us choose some beautiful colors that matched up well. Then it was time for the crew to get busy and paint, and man did they ever. They masked everything off before each new color was applied and I can't find any overspray anywhere. I realize I'm rambling right now, but I'm just so thrilled that every single team member went well beyond to help us out. If I could give BCHR 10 stars I would. But don't just take it from me, hire them for all your home remodeling needs and you'll see what I mean. We will be hiring them again. Thanks BCHR, you guys rock!!!.“

“I brought in my parent's living room window to get replaced. The customer service over the phone from Chris was quick and super helpful, I was able to text her photos of the window as well and she reassured me they could do the job (there's two prices: if you ask for a house call or if you can bring in the item yourself) Chris' manager assisted me in the store and had the job finished within 1-2 hrs. Great turnaround time and quality!“

“We decided to have a lot of backyard landscaping done this year. After doing our research and even visiting their showroom we had a sale rep Greg Johnson come in June to go over everything we wanted done and get a quote and timeline. Greg was fantastic and on June 20th, 2023, we signed a contract to have demo and replacement concrete work done, install turf, put up new patio cover with fan, lights and usb ports etc. and finally install motorized screens. Our project manager Gary kept us up to date and would answer any questions when we called. This business had many people for the different jobs that needed completed. Most of the work was overseen by Oscar Paredes who managed the installation crew of hard workers. Materials were ordered and handled by Gary and the companies this business works with are wonderful. From the start of the job in June to the finished product in August we are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend this business for any of your landscaping needs. Thanks to all of you who helped with our dream of a great backyard to relax in.“
