Robert the technician was very professional and explained thoroughly what will be done to clear mold and dry out water. My plumber Nathan- plumbing 101 was the referral. Jeremy and Andy arrived, advised on what steps that were to be taken in my kitchen. Both extremely well manner, polite and very professional. I actually enjoyed having them here knowing how experience they were and very friendly with my dogs. I would use this service once again if needed. I will definitely refer to my family and friends. “From the first response to my inquiry to learn more about the whole house fan, Jessica was super friendly and knowledgeable. She provided me with a detailed quote and information based off a few pieces of basic information about my home. They were able to schedule an in home consultation where the intent is to install same day. On appointment day, Jessica and Derrick showed up on time within the window they provided, were both very friendly and patient with all of our questions, and worked together quickly and seamlessly to install our whole house fan. It was less than an hour and a half from the time they arrived to when they were completely cleaned up and gone. This whole house fan is a GAME CHANGER. I highly recommend getting one to anyone who has challenges cooling down the interior of their home during hot months of the year. Jessica said that whole house fans are even great to be used year round to circulate fresh air throughout the house as well!I also love supporting a local, small business. “Ryan and his team completed our interior and exterior remodels in August. We are completely satisfied with the process: discussing a plan, providing an estimate, contract, progress of work, response to questions and concerns, help with design. The final results have made a huge impact on the appearance of our home and our enjoyment of it. We completely redid the fireplace, removing all the interior brick, bumping out the wall and putting in a beautiful electric fireplace. We love Ryans design for the fireplace surround. The TV mounting above the mantel was flawless. The crew also built a new pantry for us in our old furnace closet. Ryan's design was spot on again.The exterior, our house finally looks beautiful. No more wood siding and trim rotting and peeling. Ryan did a fantastic job designing the new exterior with stucco, bump outs and new windows. We are thrilled with the new looks inside and out. “We interviewed four contractors for the remodel of our Rancho Santa Fe casita. Both of us were impressed with Fred from the start, making our choice easy. He came across as friendly, knowledgeable, articulate and responsive. Over the course of the project, our confidence in him just continued to grow. He was always accessible and never once made a promise he didn’t keep. We ran into a lot of bumps along the way, mainly due to post Covid supply line issues. Through no fault of Fred’s, the project took over two years to complete. One vendor in particular caused a one-year delay.
