“We have been a customer of Newman Windows almost since they opened. They have replaced now all our windows in our home and our rental. Yesterday, they replaced nine windows in our patio area. “I needed to repair a broken hinge on an older medium quality glass shower door. I knew this wasn't a lucrative opportunity however I called Horak Glass, Mirror, Doors, Windows for help. Jack Horak answered his phone and then went out of his way to help me try to find the outdated part without charging me for his time and expertise. Unfortunately, after exhausting many resources we came up empty on finding the old part. I asked Jack's opinion about the best solution and he candidly suggested that the 25 year old door should really be replaced and gave me several options to consider. I indicated that I was on a very limited budget and his prices were exceptional compared to others I later checked them against. My wife and I selected the style we liked and Jack personally installed the new frameless system in a timely, courteous and very professional manner; careful to be well organized and clean throughout the entire process. Wow! In a few hours our master shower was transformed and now I feel like I am at a spa every morning; it's really beautiful and I am so impressed with this company. It is rare that you find integrity, quality and value in one place but this guy is the 'real deal'; Just great in every respect. “I called in asking if they could cut some glass for me I was able to come into the shop give them a piece of the old glass and they cut a new piece for me identical to the glass I needed. It was cut perfectly and the edges were sanded which I appreciated. I will be coming here again“

Of the four companies, Builders was the only one to send both a sales rep (Nathan) AND an installer (Bryon, Bella Vista) to the initial survey of our home. No sales pitch, just discussion of requirements and the attributes of products available to meet them. Delivery and installation went smoothly, with good support and followup throughout from Nathan.
