My son absolutely loves this preschool! Maricruz is amazing — she’s caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the kids. Sometimes my son doesn’t even want to leave because he feels so happy and comfortable there. The school provides all meals and snacks, is bilingual, and offers wonderful support for children with autism. You can tell Maricruz genuinely loves what she does and puts her heart into helping every child learn and grow. I’m so thankful we found this place!

Short Review: I went in for a haircut and IT'S A YES! GO! I was feeling impulsive and really wanted a haircut. It was a Wednesday and a lot of salons were fully booked. A lot of salons were also charging $80-90 for a haircut. I found Beauty Haircuts on yelp and gave them a call. The lady I spoke to, told me I can come in after I was out of work (5:00 pm). I rushed over to Beauty Haircuts and got seated in a chair upon arrival. Forgive me, I don't remember the lady's name, who cut my hair. BUT SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!! She knew what she was doing, asked me questions, and gave me just what I wanted. I will be back for my next trim, with her!! I am so grateful and happy!
My girls get their hair done @ Betty's and I swear it's worth every penny. My kids have 2 completely different hair types and they leave looking and feeling like a million bucks. I highly recommend Betty's especially if you have multi-racial children who need some talented hands sculpting their new look. Highly recommend with a million stars!!!

While we were there, there was even a live jazz performance happening in the shop, which made the whole experience even more memorable. 🎷💈 The atmosphere is welcoming and has that great neighborhood barbershop vibe.

The 10yo Birthday Party I’ve been dreaming of for my darling daughter and her friends. I cannot speak highly enough about the magic at the Bougie Babies Spa Party that we had last weekend. Once I reserved the party online everything else was taken care of. Clear communication a week or so before the party coordinating all the options and once we got there the magical decorations and setup was like a dream come true for my daughter. I love the idea and the execution was perfect. There were 2 amazing ladies that prepared the facials and the did the nails for the 5 girls and they also had all the candy and party favors. They even had a TV and were able to play KPop Demon Hunters while the girls were spa’ing. It was perfect. I immediately raved to all my friends. I totally recommend this to anyone interested in a fun play date or party for their children.

I stopped by one day for a pedicure as a walk in appointment and found out they do lashes as well. And what was thought to be temporary ended up lasting a month! My oldest daughter was so impressed she had to come along the next time I went.

This was walking distance from where my car was getting worked on. I wish I got the woman’s name..she was the only one working there all day! I wasn’t too impressed with color choices, but for the price and quality of the basic pedicure I got outweighed that. She was so meticulous and thorough. I’m very ticklish/sensitive on my feet, so I’m usually clenching and or squirming during a pedi, especially during the massage. This was not the case today; I was fully relaxed and was close to falling asleep. For being the only woman working in the shop, and for having a growing number of walkins as the time went on, she easily could have skimped on my service and rushed through it (as I’ve experienced in other salons). But like I said, she was meticulous and thorough and very sweet on top of that too. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area!

I’ve had lash lifts at other salons before, but no one has taken the care and attention that Kiarra does. She made the whole appointment fun and comfortable, chatting the entire time and making it feel like catching up with a friend. I have hooded eyes and other salons have in the past over-curled my lashes which irritated my eyelids. I told Kiarra about my past experiences so she tailored the lift perfectly to suit my face. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Very recommended.he definitely knows what he's doing and he's not the only tattoo artist at the shop either. I want to thank the Avalon technicians for installing a two way sewer clean-out. They overcame difficulties such as a camera blocking item in the line and an unexpected Y in the line. Both technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.
Honrath and Stacey have been our reliable Plumbing and Heating service providers for a couple decades now. Over the years they've replaced our water heater, toilet and faucets, maintained and repaired our forced air heating unit and thermostat, unclogged and replaced pipes and installed an outdoor overflow pipe. We've always had professional, timely, reliable and friendly service. Their work is solid! We don't use anyone else!!
Placed a call on Tuesday and got a tech out Wednesday morning. He examined my leaking faucet, offered me a few options that he carried in the truck, and then got to work. He did a great job of marking off the sink and ensuring alignment of the new faucet. Installed the feed lines and everything was completed in about an hour.
He was very pressional and friendly, wore booties inside the house and cleaned up at the end of the work.

These guys run a top shelf operation. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. After they got the permitting from Castro Valley they scheduled to do the work the following week. They were able to re-route all the plumbing under our house and run a new sewer lateral to the middle of the street. They completed all work and cleaned up and re-paved everything in two days. There team works together like a swiss watch. I wouldn't go with any other plumber.

They replaced old fluorescent lights in my kitchen with modern LED lights. Oscar (Ace 1 Electric) came in for a free quote. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me. They showed up on time and replaced all lights. They cleaned up after they were finished. I would hire them again.

We had a major issue with our wiring that was causing lights to flicker all over the house. We called Edison Electricians of Richmond, and they sent someone out the next day. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and didn’t try to upsell us on services we didn’t need. It took a few hours to fix, but everything has been working perfectly since. Their professionalism really stood out, and we’re glad we went with them.

We have used Frangris Cleaning for 4 years, ever since my parents got 3 cleaning sessions for me when I started grad school. They do an incredible job every time. They do the big general cleaning tasks great of course, but also the little details like inside the toster oven, or the corner grime on the cabinets, or vacuuming the cat fur off the inside of the cat tree. Really exceptional work.
We also have two indoor only cats and they are always very careful not to let them get out.

Do not look any further - these guys are terrific!! I have hired many people to work on our house over the years, but these guys are the best. They were professional, did a great job, friendly, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. We had a section of our kitchen floor that was scratched. Dale offered to fix just that section or redo the entire kitchen. We decided to redo the entire kitchen. The floors were installed 11 years ago and now look like new. We couldn't be happier.

I am very skeptical about people cold callinging for home repairs. But this time Advanced Home Energy Solutions convinced me to go with them for my air conditioning replacement needs. And to my surprise, it was a good experience, they were very professional, they showed up, when they said they were going to, their communication was great throughout the whole process. The installers were very clean. They took away all the old equipment and debris. At the end of the day, I was very pleasantly surprised.And very satisfied with the whole project.
Arthur and his team have an eye for design and are as professional as it gets. Back in February 2020, our patio awning blew straight off in one of those crazy Bay Area storms and was ripped from our house. We put repairs on the back burner, and when shelter in place orders were mandated, we decided it was time to finally look into our project. After a quick consult, Arthur recommended a couple of options: either we put the same sheet metal awning back on, or he could build us a wooden trellis. I chose to go with the wooden trellis, and figured now would also be a good time to put in the deck we had been talking about building for years since we had first moved in. Arthur's team - Tony (foreman) and his sons - got to work right away as soon as we reviewed the scope of work and went over a few design ideas. The before and after are phenomenal, as you can see in the photographs. We had a couple changes in design right in the middle, but in the end, I'm blown away by the overall look of how it is now than how it would've looked originally. Arthur and his team were very responsive to our questions and our requests, and his crew were very respectful and professional about their work. We have some other home projects we've identified that we'd like to do in the future, and we will for sure be choosing Hutton Construction for their help in these projects.
Nery and his team just completed a project to reinforce a basement wall for us and they did an incredible job. They completed the project faster than we thought and handled visits from city inspectors and a structural engineer to get everything done smoothly and properly. The whole crew was very nice, easy to work with, and kept the job site incredibly clean even though it was a basement that was not in use at the time. Super easy to work with and very responsive, I will definitely use them for future projects!

We sought out the services of Rene and his team after seeing the amazing work he did on our neighbor's front yard. He came highly recommended by them and after seeing the work they did for us, we can see why. We had a huge clean up job in our back yard and a bad foxtail weed infestation. Rene and his team came in and did an amazing job clearing, treating and laying down weed control and pea gravel as requested. They were very polite and worked diligently, quickly and to a high standard. They were very clean in the way they operated and left our back yard in an incredible state for a very reasonable price. We are looking at further jobs we want doing at some point and will be reaching back out to Rene and his team. Would highly recommend.
David and his team did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend them. They stand out for their professionalism, craftsmanship, creativity, and responsiveness. We did a significant landscaping project, including re-leveling our back yard, creating new hand-built rock walls, installing irrigation and outdoor lighting, building new fences, building a playhouse for our daughter, rebuilding concrete walkway and stairs, creating a custom dog run, and installing all new plants. It was a big job! We chose Indian Rock because we trusted their ability to do everything with excellence; we intend to live in our house for decades to come, and wanted something we'd love. David is also very transparent about project costs and charges a fair rate for his high-quality work. His team is also very friendly (in addition to very skilled). I highly recommend them!
