I can't recommend Natura enough to pregnant people looking for a safe space to receive acupuncture treatments during pregnancy. As a first time mother and women's health nurse practitioner, I was particularly cautious about who I received care from during my pregnancy. Jane provides such a welcoming and calm environment at Natura. Not only was she attentive to my physical needs, but she was attuned to the fear and anxiety that I was carrying as I got closer to labor. She integrated guided meditation and mindfulness into our two acupuncture sessions. I left our visits feeling both physically and emotionally more open to the momentous experience that followed. Jane is also the type of provider who will celebrate your birth with you and check in on your well-being postpartum. Her care truly extends beyond the treatment room!

Eugenia speaks the language of tissues, of muscles, of bodies.She is the first person I have found that has been able to create lasting effects in loosening my tensions and bringing a balance to my body.Her work is much more than physical, it is subtle, and I think this is what makes it so special. She understands the multi-layered aspects to a body, and gives the subtle body attention and care. There is so much listening happening between her and my tissues, I feel that if I talk, I am sometimes interrupting hahaha!I leave her studio feeling like I just left a cocoon; revitalized, accepting, and attuned to my body.Edit: it’s been about over a year since I last saw Eugenia, but I continue to use her attunement lessons in my life.

I just moved to the Berkeley Hills and decided to take a chance on this massage place—and I’m so glad I did! It’s honestly been one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. I came in with upper back pain, and after just two sessions, I feel a noticeable difference. Not only has the pain improved, but I also feel so much more relaxed overall.
The staff are warm and professional, the space is clean and calming, and the massages are incredibly effective—and all at a very reasonable price. This was my second visit, and I can confidently say this will be my regular go-to spot. Highly recommend!
If I had known I’d come out of each session feeling ten times better, five years younger and four times more limber, I would’ve started years ago! Michelle is absolutely phenomenal and a true gem - extremely professional and attentive, and with hands of sheer mastery and magic. I’ve tried yoga, PT, meds, weights and nothing else worked to reduce pain and discomfort nearly as well as Michelle’s fantastic interventions on my back. I literally walk out of her studio at least an inch taller and with a huge smile on my face - I’m deeply grateful for her practice.

CCFM was the care I needed to recover my health and reverse my mysterious chronic pain. Yes, it’s expensive. But compared to the thousands of dollars I spent on physical therapy, acupuncture, other functional medicine practitioners, nutritionists etc. who didn’t know or weren’t willing to spend the money to find out what was wrong, it is a good value.
For about 12 years now Kensington Vet Hospital has kept my cat (curled up next to me in my computer chair) in good health. He's happy, I'm happy. Fees have been very reasonable for routine care. Some pricey meds, but that's out of the vet's control. Don't know where else I would go, or why I would want to.
