“Doctor is patient and gentle. Very easy to talk to, and took his time with each of my dogs. Never rushed them and was very considerate of their autonomy. There was no pushing for unnecessary testing or procedures. One of my dogs needed a blood test and they processed the results right then and there. I waited less than 15 mins in the room for results. Doctor went over the results in the same appointment. I was very impressed with that quick turnaround. We are happy new patients of this practice!“
“We made the difficult decision to put our labradoodle to sleep. We called Restful Paws and they were able to get us an appointment with Karen the next day. It was nice to have one more night with our dog. The entire process was seamless from the very caring person on the phone to book the appointment to Karen's kindness. Karen explained everything as she was doing it, gave us the time and space we needed, and made the whole process as good as it can be. We were extremely impressed with how much detail and thought they put into the process. They had her name ready to imprint in a paw keepsake and when we brought her out to the car it was like her own little chariot with her name on a nice sign. The whole car was ready for her. Karen also tucked her in very nicely on the stretcher. They followed up with us and Karen sent a hand written note as well. Everything was perfect.“

Dr. Lee and the staff at Campus Vet have made the experience so much easier. They are patient and understanding and take incredible care of my kitties. I've been impressed with how transparent they are up front about costs, their unending patience with my terror cat. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I live in Brentwood and used to take my passed bulldogs here for all their checkups and emergency issues. After couple of years, a kitty showed up at our house and hoping to find vet nearby. There were some nicely reviewed high-tech pet hospitals by my neighborhood but I'm glad they are either closed or have a long wait time for new clients. Even though they only open every Thursday part time hrs, I was able to get an appointment to take my kitty for vaccination and checkup right away like the next week. The visit was easy as always. Highly recommend it!“

“This is the first time I've ever been to this office, because I've been looking for low cost on dental cleaning for my dogs, I found this awesome office in El Sobrante the reason why was because they had low cost for dental cleaning. The staff was outstanding helpful very clear. I was bringing one of my dog then I decided to bring my second dog. At my own Vet the Cost was outrageous for one dog. I had both my dogs done to make it clear, I paid for both dogs to have their teeth cleaned and I was refund 101.00 back plus they gave me toothpaste, brush, and mouthwash for each dog.I've never had that happen before. This was The best good decision I made. I got both my babies done the same day. It seems February and March is when veterinarians offer low cost dental cleaning of course if there's extractions or anything else it more money .I'm very pleased happy and excited . I recommend them highly the Dr.Diego Recinos is excellent. He took time to explain everything to me, and didn't rush me at all . My dogs were in good hands. Thanks to everybody in this veterinary office.I had it done today 3/13/24 They're awesome if I could give them 10 stars I would..again the staff was terrific. Thank you my babies are home safe eating and they're fine.“

“Great veterinarians. The Dr.'s are all nice and care about my dogs health and happiness while we're there. The receptionists are very friendly and always give my dog attention, plus they're good with keeping animals separate if they're not good with other animals. The vet techs always take good care of her and she comes out happy. We go in often for anal gland issues...one tech keeps her happy on the front end while another does the dirty work. They always let me know how it went which I appreciate. I took her in for a bump removal surgery once and they have a separate room for the dog to recover in, not a crate. Plus there's a parking lot!Thanks for taking such good care of Lulu and making her feel loved while we're there.“

“This vet offers low-cost, spay, neuter and in a timely fashion. A close friend of mine has recommended this to me and she has taken over 30 animals to them ( for spay neuter ) without any hitch. I recommended them to a friend who had taken in a stray. I've just taken in a couple kitties that are stray (all spay neuter).. I do recommend them for spay neuter. When you do rescue it means everything.“

“Pet adoption with Berkeley Humane. Firstly, the staff is made up of volunteers that are very knowledgeable in the adoption process and deeply care for the animals. There are two rooms that houses the cats. I am not sure if there is a separate area for other animals. The cat areas were very clean and the cats themselves were very clean. During the process, you complete a check in form and someone walks you to the cats. Once you've decided, you go into a separate room with a staff to go over the paperwork. You are given documents including records of your newly adopted animal and a welcome bag with cat food. They prep your new family member in a cardboard box for a safe ride home. You can return your animal back anytime less the adoption fee. Check out their website for updated pets to adopt. Hooray for wonderful staff at Berkeley humane!“
