I can highly recommend Better Rooter. Absolutely responsive from the first call, on time, pricing very fair and its clear their team has worked together for a long time. Seamless coordination, great communication, and you know they are experts at what they do. I had to do a trenchless sewer lateral- not easy to get permits with the City of Oakland making it difficult to issue permits due to hack. Better Rooter persevered, coordinated all the various departments and agencies. Their team came on time, and worked so hard to get it done quickly. I recommend this Company to anyone who needs a sewer line replacement great customer service from the estimate to the final completion they started at 8 am and was finished by Noon.But this was in my Job

Better Rooter used the bursting-pipe method to install a new 125' sewer lateral at my house. They had the most competitive pricing (I spoke with 5 companies), clear communication via email and phone, completed the job per schedule (2 days), worked with the inspector to pass the inspection, and cleaned the jobsite perfectly.
