As a former general contractor I've seen a variety of roofing contractors in action. Pacific Coast was a pleasure to deal with on my home. The estimate was clear, the decisions to make on details were dealt with before the actual work began so there would be minimal chance for a hold up or dissatisfaction, and the crew doing the work did a great job in record time.
We had an excellent experience with Baywise Tax Preparation and Marketing! Moises assisted my husband and me in reviewing our 2023 tax returns, which had been filed incorrectly by another preparer. He was extremely patient and detail-oriented, taking the time to explain what had gone wrong and how to correct it. We truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Baywise will certainly be our go-to for all future tax services!
The crew showed up ready to work to correct an offset on my sewer line. Double check for spot of repair with their camera equipment to confirm location. We went over any concerns and time frame of completion. Extremely professional and explained the work that was being done.
Jorge and his crew just completed our roof and I can't say enough good things about him. From the beginning, he was a wonderful communicator and paid such close attention to every detail including an itemized list of everything we agreed upon and when each payment was due, which we appreciated very much.
He and his crew were always on time and even diligently suffered through the extreme heat we had this past week with no complaints.
He is a very hard worker and we commend him on his expertise, professionalism and work ethic.

We had a sewer drain line fail in our crawlspace, they did an almost impossible job in very tight spaces quickly and well. I really appreciate when a trade shows up with al the tools and materials to do the job right in one trip. We'd been without a kitchen sink for a week so their quick and competent job was a relief. Their price was very reasonable considering the difficulty of the working conditions.

I highly recommend Nasir. I tried other plumbers when my sewer drain was clogged but they did not clear the clogged drain and in the end I felt scammed :(
But Nasir shared so much information before I even hired him, then did great work and cleared the clogged line. Then charged me a very reasonable amount for his work. He is a good communicator, showed up on schedule, did great work and didn’t charge too much so I highly recommend him.

I can’t even begin to describe how NEW my body feels…I just seen Dr. Rixen and he is the BEST Chiropractor that I have ever seen!!! His bedside manner was excellent and he even spoke Spanish to his Hispanic clients. I don’t like going to chiropractors that use an x-ray machine to diagnose their clients. All Dr. Rixen had to do was touch my back and he knew exactly what was wrong with me, and how to fix it. My last chiropractor was great, but I did not like the way he adjusted my neck, so I stopped seeing him. I wear tool bags at work, and stare into my phone…My neck was Jacked!!! Dr. Rixen healed me immediately! I decided to write after coming home and sitting in my desk chair. I text my gf that my chair feels different and it was more comfortable…then realized it was because of chiropractic adjustment by Dr. Rixen. I highly recommend this chiropractic. Even seen as a new patient I was out in less than 20 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I had gotten my brows microblade before from another place & my right brow needed a correction to be even with right brow. Stephanie was very professional and patient on explaining and answering all my questions. She makes sure your brows are perfect and exactly like you want them. My right brow is now even to my left brow and I was so happy she was able to create the color I wanted. She did an excellent job.

He truly is a one stop shop for all of your project needs- from retaining walls, drainage, driveways, grading, demo, dumpsters, and they do a beautiful job with all of it. Their price is also very reasonable and if there is an issue, Dan will make it right!

REROUTING OF DOWNSPOUT. In our 60+-year-old house the water no longer flowed from our gutter properly but flooded an area within our carport. We rigged a makeshift way to carry it off, but this meant going out every time it rained, to place a temporary discharge pipe.Miguel Lopez, who is both knowledgeable and friendly, came and quickly changed the direction of the runoff and effectively solved our problem. I’ve been going to Winnie for almost 2 years now. I used to get my eyebrow threaded and previous people made my eyebrows thinner. Winnie has helped me grow my brows back much thicker! I’ve moved to Missouri temporarily and I don’t trust anyone else to touch my brows. I still wait to visit California for Winnie to do them for me!

First of all, he did a good job replacing my cracked concrete driveway. He finished in 4 days. However, I had to keep bugging him to set a start date. He's not good about getting back. Also, don't pay him in full until the job is completely done. I paid him the day of the pour and ended up having to remove the forms myself. I'll probably end up having to throw away his warning cones too. Once he gets paid you'll never see him again.Service: Concrete driveway building

Jerry Albright and his crew recently painted the stucco and wood exterior of our Berkeley bungalow. We had three contractors inspect the house and submit bids. Jerry made far and away the best impression during his inspection. He was the only one who showed up in painting coveralls, indicating he would actively be supervising and painting with his crew on a daily basis. As we inspected the house together, he offered unsolicited explanations of how he would treat cracks, water damage under the eaves, and other problem areas such as an old metal awning with peeling paint. It was quite clear he was an experienced master of his craft, with a keen eye for detail. Fortunately, Jerry also submitted (tied for) the lowest bid, so it was a no-brainer to give him the job.
Jerry and his crew completed the work in just under two weeks. I am retired and was around the house every day to observe, answer questions, and assist the crew in minor ways. They were an absolute pleasure to be around for the entire time. When everything was done, we were just ecstatic with the look and quality of the work! Absolutely NO detail had been overlooked, and the crew thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
In summary, Albright Painting receives our highest possible recommendation. A 5-star rating seems inadequate. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed with their work!

Carlos Reyes and his team were incredibly professional, efficient, and service-oriented. Carlos has a wealth of experience and understood the problem and it's urgency and immediately made a plan to come out ASAP to see what would be needed. He offered me several solutions and helped me understand the pros and cons of each. He did not try to upsell me or pressure me one way or another. I will absolutely contact Reyes Plumbing again for any of my future plumbing needs!

March 2024 - First time to try for a simple hair trim for 85 yrs young mom. Glenda was good and easy to work with. Basic trim to clean up lines, $23 cash, 20 mins, visited on a Friday morn. Best to know: Walk-ins ONLY, cash preferred, didn't return my earlier call for info so had to stop by for all details. Decided to queue up, glad we did. Two people ahead of us.
We will definitely return for mom's trims, conveniently located in old town El Sobrante, good price, curb parking only, just have to be flexible with the wait time for walk-in appts.
Ivy did my builder gel and wow what a fabulous experience! Finding a place that does builder gel can be hard, let alone a place that does it well. And Ivy is the best in the biz! And she is fun and personable as well, we chatted the whole time and I enjoyed every second! Will continue coming back to see her!

I'm new to the area, so I'm looking for a go-to massage place. I wanted to try this place out, and luckily, there's a coupon from Groupon. I called to let them know that I have a Groupon, and they were happy to make an appointment. As we came in, we were greeted by the front desk and was directed immediately to our room. The interior is clean and ambiance was very relaxing with dimmed lights. We got the couples massage and we were both happy with the service. The massage was very relaxing and hit all the right spots, and they removed all my knots, and we both felt refreshed after the massage. Overall, I will come back here again. Oh, and it's cheaper when you pay cash. They have ample parking and are located at Plaza Sobrante.
Nothing but great things to say about this place! Everyone was super friendly. The gentleman at the front was so patient and understanding. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything well. I believe the girl that helped us, her name is Alice or Alyssa? She was very caring and clearly loves pets. Will definitely recommend this place to anybody.

I’ve been in El Sobrante resident my whole life and this Club has been the most awesome exercise club I’ve ever been to.
They’ve made it through recession. They made it through Covid. Busted their butts, keeping everything clean and up-to-date. They have done a lot of updates, but you have to be a member for quite a while to understand what they actually do.
With that said it’s plain and simple.
If you don’t want an awesome weight room.
If you don’t want a swimming pool
If you don’t want a hot tub
If you don’t want a bocce ball court.
If you don’t want a tennis court
If you don’t want a sauna
If you don’t want a steam room
If you don’t want to take a shower and use their soap and all their amenities.
If you don’t want a private area that holds events and has barbecues at times.
If you don’t want access to trainers.
Then it’s clear go somewhere else.
I would give this place more than five stars if I could Bruce and staff do everything they can’t keep it up And do a very nice job at it. This is an awesome business. You get what you pay for..
Oh, and one more thing yes they do have a contract and you sign it when you sign up. They automatically take it out of your bank account. If you want to cancel the contract yes there is a fee however, if you want to put it on pause. There’s a very small fee until you want to come back or till contract runs out .. Thank you, Lake Ridge.
